Deposit Policy
Deposits, of at least 50%, are required to reserve/hold a rabbit.
No deposit is required on pets if an appointment is made to select from the pet quality rabbits that I have at a time. If you would like to reserve a specific pet a full deposit must be placed. If you would like to select a pet at a show, please email me a few days before so I can be sure to bring the pets I currently have.
Do not send a deposit until I have answered all questions you have, we have agreed on a price, and we have established a pick-up date and location.
As long as you are dealing in good faith, I will not sell a rabbit to someone else while we are in the middle of settling the details.
I will mark a rabbit “on hold” for a reasonable period of time while I am waiting for your deposit to arrive. Beyond that period, I will return the rabbit to the “for sale” page.

Deposits will be refunded if the animal is not as advertised upon in person examinations. That is, you discover an undisclosed problem (Illness, disqualifications) or the strengths and faults are not as described.
Deposits will also be refunded if I cancel the sale for any reason. Because we are dealing in live animals, I reserve the right to cancel a sale prior to is completion for any reason.

Rescheduling Pick-ups
Pick-ups can be rescheduled once at any time before 24-hours of the pick-up date. Date can be changed within reason. Every effort should be made to honor original pick up agreement. Though, I am aware that life can get in the way.
